Description of Learning Administration Bureau

  1. Bureau of Learning Administration (BAP) is the implementing element of service and administration for learning activities at the University level.
  2. The Learning Administration Bureau is led by the Head of the Learning Administration Bureau who is under the control and is responsible to the Academic Director.
  3. The Head of the Learning Administration Bureau has the main duties:
    a. Developing a service system and university learning administration. 
    b. Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating service and administrative activities  University learning.
    c. Provide technical services and learning administration to elements  University leaders, learning implementers, technical implementing units, and  students.
    d. Report unit performance and evaluation for continuous improvement actions  with the principle of determining planning, setting standards, implementing  programs, evaluating programs and corrective actions.
    e. Managing and perfecting University learning administration data and information related to the learning process.
  4. The Learning Administration Bureau has the following functions:
    a. Coordinate the planning of the academic administration service system, with  Faculties, Graduate Schools, as well as work units related to the development of Deputy  Chancellor I, covering. 
         1) Registration, selection and registration system services for students and graduates.
         2) Integrated and centralized lecture scheduling system services  in the use of classrooms by utilizing Information Technology and  Communication. 
         3) Centrally managing classroom use at  University. 
         4) Academic document archiving system services (education, research and  community service), data-based student and alumni services. 
         5) Academic administration services with an online system.
         6) Preparation of PD-dikti forlap report. 
         7) Development of systems, standards, mechanisms and SOPs for the Learning Administration Bureau. 

    b. Implement program activities. 
         1) Registration services for students and graduates.
         2) Coordination of odd and even semester lecture scheduling with  use the lecture hall in an integrated and centralized way at the University.
         3) Archiving of academic documents (education, research and community service), student and alumni data-based. 
         4) Academic information services to students. 
         5) Preparation for the preparation of the Academic Calendar. 
         6) Centrally managing the use of lecture halls in the rectorate.

    c. Implementing reporting and follow-up.
         1) Prepare a report on the work program of the Learning Administration Bureau, every year as a form of  accountability to the Chancellor through the Vice Rector I in accordance with the standards enforced. 
         2) Implementing internal improvements in the Bureau
         3) Recommend things, which need to be followed up by the Chancellor.
         4) Report administrative matters requested by LLDIKTI Region III.
