Study Program Description
English Literature Study Program, students learn to improve their English skills and increase their insight and knowledge about the literary and cultural aspects of the English speaking community. Students studying English will learn about linguistic aspects which include phonology, semantics, and morphology to provide a strong foundation in mastering English. Then, students learn about English Literature through courses in prose, poetry, drama, comparative literature, contemporary world literature, cinema studies, and popular culture. Literary studies courses will provide students with the provision to think critically and analytically in reviewing and reviewing literary works and connecting them with the context of today's life.
Lecture activities in the English Literature Study Program are carried out in a hybrid manner in the form of a combination of face-to-face lectures and online learning. Through the guidance of lecturers, students learn in groups to develop collaborative work skills and communication skills. Lecture assignments are given orally and in writing to train and improve literacy skills in Indonesian and English.
In order for students to have supporting skills in the world of work, students learn about entrepreneurship and digital literacy. The English Literature curriculum also provides three concentration options such as translation, teaching English, and applied literature that equip students with job skills in the business world.

Undira's English Literature Study Program has been accredited 'Good' by BAN PT. In addition, Undira's English Literature Study Program is a member of the English Studies Association in Indonesia and this means that the curriculum of the study program refers to the standard achievements set by the Association of English Study Programs throughout Indonesia. The curriculum of the study program is also prepared through discussion activities with the industrial world. Undira's English Literature Study Program also collaborates with the Indonesian Translators Association (HPI) and other organizations that aim to improve the academic and non-academic abilities of Undira students.

Job Prospects for Graduates of the English Literature Study Program
Graduates of the English Literature Study Program will earn a Bachelor of Literature (S.S.) degree. An English Literature graduate can work in language-related fields such as being a writer, content writer, editor in publishing, translator, interpreter, teacher/instructor, or becoming a journalist/reporter. Graduates of the English Literature Study Program can work in government as State Civil Assistants (ASN), TNI, Police, or BUMN employees with their English language skills, digital literacy, analytical thinking skills and creative work.
